5. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as part of this process.

6. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and any activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify us immediately.

7. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe any information you have provided is false, misleading or violates these Terms.

8. Some features of the App may only be available through a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us or the app store provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

9. Subscription pricing will be displayed before you confirm your purchase and may vary depending on your region. All charges are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

10. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage your subscription and cancellation through your device's app store account settings.

11. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods or unused features.

12. When you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After this time, your account will revert to the free version of the App.

13. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions stated above or that are deemed to be abusive.

14. The App may offer features that allow you to upload content such as recipes, images, or comments. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, distribute, and display that content in connection with the App.

15. You confirm that any content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for any content you post.

16. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content at our discretion, especially if it is deemed offensive, unlawful, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

17. All intellectual property rights in the App and its content—including text, graphics, recipes, audio, video, and design elements—are owned by or licensed to Eat the Land Ltd.

18. You may use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.

19. The Eat the Land name, logo, and associated trademarks are protected by law and may not be used without express consent.

20. The App may include content about food, wellness, and nutrition. This information is intended for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

21. You should always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making any major changes to your diet or lifestyle, especially if you have any medical conditions or concerns.

22. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of the App's content or features related to health or nutrition.

23. The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Eat the Land Ltd. These links are provided for your convenience only.

24. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party platforms. Your interactions with any third-party service are solely between you and that service.

25. Use of third-party platforms is at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

26. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the App. This includes, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

27. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

28. Eat the Land Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

29. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eat the Land Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

30. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including a breach of these Terms.

31. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

32. These Terms and any disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

33. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales to resolve any legal matter arising from the use of the App.

34. We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. The date at the top of this document will reflect the latest version.

35. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you should stop using the App.
